J.F. Kennedy Middle School Stars Reaching For Excellence

Welcome to the John F. Kennedy Middle School Web Site

OPEN HOUSE: August, 25, 2008 from 6:00 p.m.– 8:00 p.m.

 randerson

Welcome,  J.F.K.  “STARS.”  We hope that your three years with us will be educationally stimulating and profitable for you. Middle school is a time of change. The workload and social adjustments are greater here than at the elementary level. Know that every member at JFK is a collaborative partner committed to developing a learning community of “STARS” and we expect all of our students to be provided with positive, differentiated learning experiences that expand their interests, promote positive social behavior, and build capacity for lifelong learning, and effective leadership.

We have a collective group of exceptionally talented, well-trained and dedicated teaching staff. Coupled with a support staff of guidance counselors, secretaries, cafeteria staff, teacher assistants, custodians, and bus drivers, you have a terrific group of dedicated professionals committed to doing what is best for students and who are always looking for ways to achieve that goal.

Come aboard and be a part of our learning community. We are grateful that you have chosen JFK as a place to educate your child. If we can be of service in any way, please call on any of us—the students, the teachers, or the administrators. Best wishes for a successful school year!

Ronald B. Anderson, II, Ed.S,
Executive Principal
